failed to bringing up new chart

after I installed Ninja Trader with demo account of CQG, I successfully connected to Continum. However when I try to bring up a chart using preset ticker like ES 06-15, I have an error message saying

"Failed to unzip server data: System ArgumentException: 1 is not a supported code page.
Parameter name: codepage
at System.Text.ENcoding.GetEnconding(Int32 codepage)
at ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.Zip.ZipConstants.ConvertTo String(Byte data, Int32 count)

can you advise what's my problem? I restarted PC and have Java installed, and I am using Windows 8.1
