NinjaTrader has reached an IB limitation for historical data requests

The IB support said
Isn't it NT's responsibility to check the log file to make sure no error message in IB log file and NT's log file?[0:20:39:1:0:0:0:ERR] Invalid incoming request type - 0, The error message means that the message from API to TWS is not recognizable.

If you can reproduce problem below please do this:
- start TWS
- start NT
- IB account connections: set log level to Detail
- connect
- run requests until you see error below in TWS logs
- disconnect
- reset log level to Error
- please send me NT logs and traces and TWS log to "dierk AT ninjatrader DOT com"
