Price scaling

Hi,

I have my forex pairs setup under instrument manager as .00005 for tick size. But on the right scale of the chart it only displays .0001 for price and when entering orders I cannot place anything for a half a pip (.00005).

Ideas? TIA!

Thanks for posting today.

To change how data is quoted with currencies you can change this from the Options Data tab.

• From the control center left mouse click Tools>Options.
• Left mouse click on the Data tab.
• In the bottom right panel you will see "Quote currencies (FX) in:". Left click the down arrow and select HalfPip.
• Left mouse click OK to close the Options menu.

If your chart is not displaying the data correctly after this change.

• Right mouse click on the vertical axis on the chart and select the Properties... menu item.
• Change the Horizontal grid lines interval type to Ticks.
• Left mouse click OK to close this properties menu.

You should now be able to place orders by .00005(HalfPip) pips as well as the horizontal panel displaying the values in .00005 pips.
