FXCM Time Based Charts Problem

I wonder if someone can help me, I have connected my NT to FXCM as I want to use the DAX data feed, when I load a tick chart everything is working great and there are no problems.
However when I load a time based chart such as M30 the current day loads fine but the previous days data is missing.
Does anyone know why this is and how I can get around it?

Hello madmarkym,

Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. Check if the missing data is loaded.

I cannot reproduce it on my end when I test it. If the issue remains, please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Account Connections, highlight your FXCM connection and click Change. Click Next and check what setting is used for historical data. If not set to NinjaTrader servers, please do so and click Next until you finish the connection.

Restart NinjaTrader and check if the missing data is loaded.
