License will expire?

Dear Support,

I'm using ninjatrader simulated trading version for development.

This morning when i started ninjatrader i got a message that my license would expire:

Your license will expire at '3/8/2015'. Please contact [email protected] for a renewal.

My license key is the same everyone else uses for simulated trading:
[Redacted License Key/No Private Info to be Shared on Public Forum]
Is there maybe a problem with the license server?

Or should i do something else to keep using ninjatrader after 8 mrt 2015?

Hello janjan,

Thank you for your post.

I went ahead and edited your post to remove the license key, as we do not allow the sharing of private information. I would also like to mention that while some of our customers use that free broker specific license key, not all free users are assigned that key.

With that said, the message you received was correct and the licensing servers are up and running. You can go ahead and send a note to platformsales[at]ninjatrader[dot]com to request a new free license key for simulated trading.
