Backtesting only works on one date

Hello,

I am using Market Replay data and have successfully attained the data for NG 04-15 from January 1st through February 27th. When I create a chart, I can view the data for all of these dates, but when I backtest my results always only include one day, which is the day my Market Replay is paused on.

Even when I change the start and end dates for the backtest, the results only change when I change the slider on my Market Replay window. When I click the "Trades" tab of the backtest results, all the trades occur on that specific day, and the chart only shows one day of data. If I disconnect from Market Replay, the backtest produces these same results for whatever day Market Replay was on when I closed it.

Any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forum!

Backtesting requires Historical Data, where Market Replay is Replay Data. We would not see the full data back unless we have that Historical Data.
