Have been trading with NT and Kinetic data with the ZN and ZF (US Treasuries) with no problems whatsoever with charts and data. Have had no problems with them today either after the recent rollover and the 06 -15 contracts are working fine.
That is not the case with the FGBL (Eurobund) 06 -15 charts.
I can see the correct prices in the control center and the bid and ask is updating fine.
This is not feeding into the charts though and they are stuck at incorrect price levels and not updating with the kinetic feed.
UPDATE-this has now been fixed-shutdown and rebooted but I have no confidence in pricing/levels/volume counters etc as it stands as it was so off earlier+not feeding into charts.
Also, the price is showing a massive drop from 159.40 to current prices. I have loaded the FGBL June 15 contract setting into instrument manager, and the template is Eurex Fixed Income Futures. Have tried with no session template and the Eurex template and I still get the same result. Any ideas?
