Order stuck in pending state

I am with AMP via CQG. Few of my orders stalls in the state of "Pending Submit" while Live trading on Eurex market.
Not only that, but the problem with canceling orders or getting out of trades. I need some help with that. I sent the help request via NT, but no respond.

Hello Vitalik,

The issue is with OCO. If an OCO ID is used after an order has either filled or cancelled and the OCO ID is reused, all orders after this will be stuck in Pending Submit until you disconnect and reconnect.

The OCO ID 77552E53C9 is used, the order fills and then it is reused and that order gets stuck. The same is true with the other stuck orders.

This means that it is very important that once you've placed a pair of orders with OCO, that you uncheck OCO.

Also, please unblock NinjaTrader by adding platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com to your list of safe senders and also add platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com as a contact in your address book so we may better assist you.
