Can't Get System To Fill Simulated Order

I am trying to learn to use SuperDOM. When I try to place a simulated buy order from SuperDOM it says "Order Pending" but despite the trade being on the market, it never accepts it.

SuperDOM is set to Sim101, I am using Kinetick and IB (I assume that IB doesn't matter for a simulated order).

I also have stops and profit points set.

What am I doing incorrectly?

Actually, for some reason it's working now. It might be because IB wasn't connected before? Not sure.
