IB Special memorandum account

Hello,

yesterday I was enforced to liquidate some positions because I surpassed some of IB limitations.

The problem is the Special memorandum account but I cannot retrieve it from NInja. Is there a way to get it?

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with this "Special memorandum account". Could you please clarify?

Does it have seperate IB login credentials? If so, I suggest to create a new IB connection in NinjaTrader and check if this allows you to connect and load the account in NinjaTrader.
