blank charts

I have been using NT version 6.5.1000.1 with zenfire for a while now, and I have a problem with getting blank charts in my workspace when opening NT.

When NT opens, the charts open up with price and indicators, but after I connect to zenfire they just stay blank .The "downloading data" window appears a couple of times, and I get a couple of charts, but then the window stops appearing and the rest of the charts stay blank. When it's working correctly, the "loading data" window appears for each of my charts, they all load, and everything is fine.

If I re-start NT several times, and re-connect to zenfire several times, the chart prices and indicators will eventually come up, although even after the prices are up I usually have to hit f5 several times for the indicators to all appear. The same thing happened when I used IB as a broker.

Also, does zenfire not support ^add?

Hello JohnG,

I suggest to delete your current workspace and create a new one. Most likely, your workspace somehow got corrupted and is causing the issue.
Check if the issue persists upon using a new workspace.
