Login Fail

Hi there,

when I try to login in my FXCM Account, NinjaTrader connects correctly, but right after a Secound the connection get's lost. What could be the problem?

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support (please do not attach them in the forum).

After sending you yesterday my files, I still have the same problem. I already opened a new demo-account at FXCM but the connection get's lost right after it was established.
