ES Tick Charts Don't Start Anymore

Since upgrading to 6.5.1000.1 my tick charts no longer start updating when I log onto Cytrade (patsystems). I now have to manually go into "format data series" every morning and set the date to today. Then all of a sudden the chart starts drawing. What is going on? I have never encountered this before. Thanks for any help.

We applied a fix related which will be available with next update. I suggest retrying after next release (should be available this week).

I have the same problem with the Volume charts of CL/ER2/YM etc through IB. I am guessing the problem is related?

Probably. I suggest retrying as next update is out (likely next week).
