username in barchart account

I like to set up account connection with barchart

But when I add user name, which is an email address add add password
error message prompted as "your user name is invalid:

Is this a new account that was created?

BarChart usernames that do not start with the characters 'NT' are not configured for use with NinjaTrader. Usernames starting with NT will be issued for all users who sign up via the following link: https://www.barchart.com/register/realtime/?ID=NJA

If you did not sign up via this link will need to contact BarChart to correct the issue.
