Trouble loading History data (Days to Load)

Hi,

Whenever I make a new chart and scroll down to the "Days to Load" section, no matter what I put, my data only goes back about 5 days and doesn't load anything before that point.

I'm on an FXCM demo account if that helps.

Thank you for your post.

Which historical data servers are you using with the connection - FXCM's or NinjaTrader's?

To check:

• Open the Account Connections menu. (Tools > Account Connections)
• Select your FXCM connection then click Change to launch the connection wizard.
• In the Wizard, click Next once to view the page where historical data servers are selected.

Hi,
I was previously selecting the "Use FXCM Servers" but have just changed it to use NinjaTrader Servers however this has changed nothing. It still stops at the same place (Hence why I posted here)

You will find the file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the 'trace.20150218.txt' file.
