Hi

I have two questions.

1 How can I get price alerts for levels ? Is the away to alert a horizontal or trendline if touched?

2. Please see the attached pic. As you can see I have 2 charts for the same instrument but they are labeled the same is there away to label them so that when i look at the drop menu I know the difference between the two ?

Thank you for the questions.

For the price alerts, there is an indicator called PriceAlert that will do exactly what you are looking for. You set it at a price and if the price is crossed it will alert you.

For the second question, You can change the charts Label which may change the way windows displays this.

If you right click the chart and choose Data Series, in the Data Series window you should see "Label". You can change this to a name that you like and it should update the task bar label.

Ok I see that indicator but were do I set the price level ? and do I have to have 3 of them up if I want three levels ?

Hello,

There are two ways to set the price, you can set the initial price in the indicators properties when you initially add it to the chart.

The second way is to click the line and drag and drop where you would like it.

This is only a basic alert indicator so if you wanted 3 separate levels you would need to use 3 total indicators for this.

This indicator allows you to draw lines instead of using the indicator.
