Pending Submit

Hi there,

I attached a Automated Strategy to a chart. Because of false parameters I have now 320 Pending Request Orders in the Orders Tab on my Sim Account. When I try to erase one or all, it will do nothing. I can't get rid of the orders. So what do I have to do, in Order to erase everything?

Thank you for the question.

In the case that you need to clear the sim account please do the following:

Click Tools -> options
Click Simulatior tab
Click Reset
Select Sim101, or Replay101 depending on which sim account you were using.
Check the "Clear History" box.
Click OK.

Depending on when the last time you had reset this account and the amount of trades this can take up to 5 minutes if there are many orders to clear. The window may become un responsive for a moment while this clears so please be patient.
