    merged data

When using renko candles trading futures should I use merge back adjusted, or not merged?

When I use merged data it will display the chart, but when I open chart trader the bid and ask prices do not reflect the chart, then after a minute or 2 the price will jump up or down to then match the bid and ask prices.

Just looking for someone to help explain what the difference is between the two, and when looking back at past data, or current data does it matter what I choose?

    Kind regards

    Hello ptmonroe,
    Thank you for your post.
Whether or not you want to use MergebackAdjusted or MergeNonBackAdjusted will depend on your personal trading strategy.
MergeBackAdjusted will merge the contracts for the instrument and will remove the price gap that appears from the rollover.

MergeNonBackAdjusted will merge the contracts for the instrument but will not remove the price gap that occurs on the rollover date.
The bid and ask will be report whenever there is change in the data. Do the bid and ask continue to report after the price moves?
I look forward to your reply.
