popup windows on broker site quickly disappear

i am getting popup windows on interactive brokers trader work station that appear but then quickly disappear so that i cannot perform any function such as changing a value in a field. it even happens when ninja trader is not connected to interactive brokers.
please advise.

Hi joemiller, thanks for writing in.

I recommend disabling order precautions for API orders in Trader Workstation.

To do so, navigate to File > Global Configuration > Precautions in Trader Workstation, then check the 'Bypass Order Precautions for API Orders' option. Press Apply then hit OK after this is done.

Afterward, test for the same behavior as you were experiencing before.

Let me know if that doesn't resolve this issue with Trader Workstation and we will go from there.
