Can I record a video of my trading?

Hello. I need help with this. I would like to record myself doing trading so I can then watch it and see my mistakes and so on... How can I do this? I know there are some software in internet, but... can anybody recommend me a very good (and free) recording software?? I tried CamStudio, but it has a lot of mistakes (video doesn't work or the image is awful).

Do you record yourselves? How do you do it?

Techsmith Jing

I have personally had good results from it.
