I go to FILE, Highlite UTILITIES, but side box doesn't open ( I need to import indicator).

Hi santafe, thanks for your post.
That's unusual behavior. What I would suggest is to repair your NinjaTrader installation.
To do so, download the NinjaTrader installer from the following link:
NinjaTrader Download
You'll need your license key to download the installer. You can find this under your Control Center > Help > License key menu. Run the installer, and when prompted, select the 'Repair' option to repair your installation. After the process completes, launch NinjaTrader and see if you experience the same.
