problem on connecting NT to TWS

Hello:
I have a strange problem on connecting the NT with TWS. I did strictly follow the guide of the connecting setting for the both.
After first time login TWS, it shows me the TWS window as the attachment, a few seconds later, the TWS window disappear by itself, and then ask me login TWS again, ok, I relogin, but this time the NT messege window tell me: login failed: Timeout on waiting for TWS.
Really strange, could you please help me out, thanks!

Hello lnmei200,

Open TWS. In menu bar click*Configure*and proceed as outlined below:

Global Configuration–>*Configuration-->*Display-->Settings

On the right panel in "Titlebar text" there is a edit box.*

Enter following into it:Next, click on*Configuration–>*Display–>*Style

Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation

Check the setting:*Use system title bar*(Change requires a restart).
