quick keys in nt7

Hi,

I have a little problem with quick keys to draw my lines in the chart, f1, f2, etc. I usually trade in a PC wich has windows7 installed, but some times i have to do it in another PC wich has windows8 and, i don't know why, in the one with windows 8 the quick keys don't work, i don't know if it's because of the OS, or maybe a configuration problem?

Hello clioloko,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Hot Key Manager and check if the hot keys are setup as you expect under 'Chart'.

Do the F1, F2, etc keys work as expected in other programs on your Windows 8 computer?

hot key for changing the snap mode setting

I cant get the snap mode hot key to operate as per hit key settings

Hello laredo787,

What hot keys did you setup for snap mode in the Hot Key Manager?

When I test it on my end, it works fine. Could it be a modal form is active such as the Indicator or Data Series menu? If so, please close the modal form and try the hot keys once more.
