CQG.Adapter error

Hi,

I'm getting this error on the log :

CQG.Adapter.SubscribeMarketDataResolve: SPX is not enabled for realtime quotes and trading.

I have a chart with the symbol ^SP500 and it's not updating on live data, it does update on Market Replay.

Thank you for the questions.

In this case the error message you are getting is just letting you know that your data provider account is not enabled for real time quotes on that specific instrument.

In this case you would need to contact your broker to enable real time quotes for this instrument.

The Market Replay data is recorded on the server so that when you download the data you can play it back. This would show up just like it would live but this is simply a replay of the live data that was recorded, you would still need to contact the broker to enable this instrument if you need live data for it.
