CQG - Can Not Load Charts

I have CQG and tonight I can not load charts. I've tried different instruments, a new workspace, repaired and reset the database and a new chart but nothing. I get no error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center.

Is there a problem with CQG?

Please disconnect from your connection, reset the instruments and restart NinjaTrader.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

I tried as you suggested, but same results. No chart loading, just times out with no data.
