No data streaming

Hi

I'm using NinjaTrader Continuum with NinjaTrader Brokerage.
Bottom left hand side shows that I'm connected but don't get any data coming in.
Also don't get any updates to instruments in the Orders tab of the Control Center(I mean Bid and Ask).
I tried to Reset Instruments in Tools menu-Option-Data but didn't work.
All this started when i changed my license key from demo(free one) to live(leased one).

Please check attached screenshot from File-Log.I hope it will help to resolve the problem.

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

ninjatrader fails completely

I open Nt and it will Not run at all. I tried reloading the program and got the exact same results.Can u remote me and find the issue please?
