NT crashes, strategy analyzer unable to write cache data

Hi there.

When I attempted to start NT strategy analyzer on backtesting the NQ##-## for 6 years, I started getting two error messages after a while both saying: "Unable to write cache data". The data on this analyzer is for NQ ##-##.

Started up NT again but still the same problem. Anyone an idea what to do to solve this problem?

I am supplying the log, the trace and log files.

Thanks for your post.

If you have an anti virus/firewall installed you will need to add the NinjaTrader documents and programs folders to it's exceptions list.
You will need to exclude the following directories.
C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7
C:\Users\future4profits\Documents\NinjaTrader 7

If you have a backup or auto backup program on your computer you will need to pause it while using NinjaTrader.

I would recommend clearing your cache also
Exit NinjaTrader and open the following directory in Windows
Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache
Delete the contents within this folder
