Ftse futures and eSignal

Hello,

I'm having trouble getting the FTSE Futures contract (Z) to work with my eSignal data feed.
I did change the eSignal Symbol Mapping in the Instrument Manager to Z|ICL, but all I get is a blank chart.
Any help would be greatly appreciated !!

Hello Eric,

The FTSE is already symbol mapped to use Z|EEI

If you revert back to this one does it work for you?

What was your reason for wanting to change the Symbol Mapping?

Hello Cal,

I recently subscribed to eSignal data for the FTSE futures contract and initially setup charts on the eSignal platform - If I used the "EEI" extension, data was only available till the 22 August 2014.
My understanding is that the extension should be "ICL" which worked perfectly on the eSignal platform.

I have since been able to set up the 'Z' contract with the "ICL" extension - I discovered that I had the wrong exchange setup in the Instrument Manager - Changed to "Liffe" and everything is working well !!
