Chart stuck in front of other charts

I have a chart window that not only remains in the foreground of all other charts, regardless of the active chart, but also remains in the foreground of other applications that are the active application. I have to minimize to prevent it from cover other charts that are brought to the forefront, even if the underlying chart is expanded to full screen. What ho?

Thank you for your post.

Please right click in your chart > select Always On Top. This will disable this feature and allow it to go behind other windows.
