Strategies Tab: How to Choose Instrument for Strategy

When trying to start a strategy running from the Strategies Tab how do you choose which instrument it will run on?
When I start a strategy this way it just defaults to an instrument but I have no way to change it.

Edit: I don't understand what's going on. Sometimes there's an instrument pull down available in the DataSeries section of the strategy settings, sometimes there isn't. Please advise.

Thank you for your post.

Right clicking and selecting New Strategy will allow you to set the instrument and settings. Right clicking on a disabled strategy and selecting Edit Strategy provides no option to change the instrument as it has been set to a specific instrument when created via New Strategy.
