Chart Trader Strategy icon problem

Hi Ninjas All

Please refer to attached image.

As you can see:

a) the chart trader is 'off' in Chart Properties

b) the chart trader icon is 'on' on the chart

c) the strategies icon is greyed out and so I can't get into 'strategies'

This happened even after a restart.

Any advice as to how to handle this will be much appreciated.

Hello Arbuthnot,

You will need to be connected to either your data provider or the simulated data feed in order to activate strategies in NinjaTrader.

It was that simple: I somehow found myself disconnected. I connected and then the icon was there.
