Error download historical data from MBT connection

Hi,

When I'm trying to load historical data (of any stock), I get the following error:
Error on reloading data: Error (errServerSideNotEntitled) on loading historical data (Panic).

I have the latest NinjaTrader installed (7.0.1000.26) and the related MB Desktop (according to the help page).

Is there any other way to load historical (intraday) data ?

Hello shayhz,

Can you please contact MBTrading and have them check if your MBTrading connection is authorized to load historical data for stocks. Let them know you experience the error message in question.

If you are authorized, please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, Error download historical data from MBT connection' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
