    No Data Feed

    Today I had an ES contract closed by the trade desk just before 5:15pm eastern. I did not get it closed in time so they closed it.

    Would this be why my data feed is no longer working? It actually stopped updating earlier today and I restarted NT7 and it started working again.

    Hello,

    That may be the case, but there could be a variety of other factors affecting the data feed, as well. Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support. (Please do not attach the files in the forum)
