Can't enter live orders with CAC 40

Hi

I am not able to submit live orders to CAC 40 with my ninja trader. My broker is interactive brokers. This is the only product I am having problems with. Anybody having the same issue?

Under orders it says PendingSub.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
