    account connection not updated.

    Even after a restart of everything;

    My live account with IB shows up (with Back 101 & SIM 101) in ChartTrader.
    But I'm only connected with my IB demo account.
    It shows correct in File - Connect, but doesn't appear in Charttrader...

    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
