FXCM feed Forex works but SPX500 / BUND not.

Had a look into the free feed from FXCM,
Did sign up on a demo account, and the feed works well for forex (AUDUSD and other pairs)
but if i try to make a chart for Bund, DAX or S&P (all CFD's) i fail.
Log file: Failed to sub. to instrument "$SPX500" unknown offerid / bad symbol

Iam on: Ninjatrader Version 7.0.1000.16

My current symbol map via FXCM is for example S&P and Bund:
S&P @SPX500
BUND @Bund

(it looks like they update up to the second of loading a chart.)

Maybe i have to deposit funds at FXCM ?, any suggestions.?

Hi Peter, I don't believe per default CFD's would be enabled on the demo accounts issued, it would be best to check with FXCM directly. The historical data would be recorded for them on our servers so this is what you see upon trying to load them up in NT (so you get historical but no realtime from the account). I would generally suggest upgrading to latest NT7 R26 as well for you and then resetting your instruments under Tools > Options > Data, so you are on latest instrument settings.

quick update.
got into chat. seemed i had a US demo account which does not include CFD's
Got a link to UK account signup, and now CFD's work.
