Cannot Delete An Instrutment

After manually importing, verifying and deleting an instrument (3 times), it comes to the point that the Instrument Manager cannot delete the instrument as per attached picture shown.

How can I delete the subject instrument in this situation?

The trace file is a diagnostic file which you will find in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need a copy of the file which is named 'trace.20140113.txt'.
