Weird problem

Hello,

I have live license ninjatrader connected with mbtrading,

I have live and demo accounts in mbtrading.

Without warning all positions disapear from navigator.

So I switch account and then reselectthe account and then positions appear.

This happens all day long and I hope there is some kind of solution.

Hello Basil,

Could it be you do not have the proper MBT Navigator version installed? Please see the MBTrading connection guide at the link below.

NinjaTrader requires 11.9.0.51 (or 11.8.0.45 if you have NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.11 or earlier). You can download it from the connection guide.

I suggest to check with MBTrading as well and see if they aware of such an issue with MBT Navigator.
