Error on loading Chart from IB

Hello

Quite often, but not always, when I connect Ninja to IB i get the following message;

"Error on loading chart data for 'ZC 03-15 Globex': IB: Error in requesting historical data from IB: The contract description specified for EOE is ambiguous;
you must specify the multiplier.(200)"

Then the chart for ZC 03-15 is really messed up and I have to reload all historical data, which is a pain from IB, because of its limitations.

Any idea of the reason for this behaviour?

This is usually seen when a large amount of historical data is requested. However, please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.
