Order stuck in Pending Submit

What would cause an order to get stuck in Pending Submit?

This only seems to happen on my live account, not SIM.

There are few different factors that may contribute to this. To look into this we would need to review your log and trace files.
You will need to send these in by going to Help> Mail To Platform Support
In the message include a link to this forum topic and the date/time of the order in question.
