ATR Trailing Stop after a Manuel Long Entry

How could I use a ATR trailing stop to automatically get me out after I enter a long entry manually. In other words, I take a discretionary setup I see and enter long but want to then include an ATR trailing stop as my stop exit.

Unfortunately, there is no method or option to allow an trailing stop based on an indicator for an entry that was placed manually.

We developed a special ninjaTrader Framework that is fully capable to create any manual orders from our charttrader panel or directly from chart (SL and TP as well) and start any type of trailing / anytime (predefined rules or after pos was opened)

We integrated in our Quick Trailing module some simple methods, you can try this without any restrictions. Our ATM Pro module is capable to trail based on many advanced methods and +30 System indicators without any programming skills.

Just download the zip (after reg), import in Ninja, open a chart and attach AlgoTrader strategy on that. Everything else will be easy to understand.

In the Core version the ATM method is not available, but you can try the simple Tick offset trailing or a Last xBars High Low method.

We have many other extension mudules and plugins, we are working on framework to create an appstore.

Until that please test and give feedback here or directly.
