for some reason CL charts are not painting. TF charts are normal. problem with nymex?

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What interval is selected on the chart?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

cqg. green light is on. getting message in log that cl 0215 is not enabled for real time level 1 quote??
