Account balance is 0

Dear All, I am a newbie ,

I had completed my platform setup at ampclearing and receive my trading account username and password . however when i contacted to Ninja Trader my account balance show 0. Anyone can help?

Hello id2rich,

Typically account information is received after the first live trade (meaning entry and exit).

Have you made any live trades to your broker?

If you make a trade does the account information still not update?

I can't change my sim accoount to my real trading account.

Do you have a live license key?

Have you disabled Global Simulation Mode? (File -> uncheck Global Simulation Mode)

Yes , I have the license key, I will try it tomorrow. After disabled Global Simulation Mode I can now switch to my live account. I will start trading tomorrow to see if the account balance will show or not. thanks for your reply.
