GC Chart not updating

Dear Support,

I have issues with one specific live chart for GC Future ( Gold ). I am connected to IB and got multiple charts open in NT which run perfectly fine right now and update.

Its possible to reload all historical data on the chart. So the Symbol mapping seems to be correct. I checked the log and it says nothing about it. The chart is just stuck at the last point i reloaded.

I even opened another Chart with a new symbol after GC Chart and it updated fine so it doesn't seem to be an issue with some number of instruments IB restrictions either.

Can you please check the items listed at the link below which can explain why charts do not receive realtime data.

Make sure 'End date' is set to today's date in the Data Series menu of the chart as well.

Thanks for your fast reply.

to a) and b) from your list: - i can reload data at any point on the chart and they are correct and complete until that point even though I didnt get an update for hours before that. So it shouldn't be a time issue because then I wouldn't get bars during that time via "Reload all historical data" as well. Even tried 24/7 template and still no updates neither.

c) Version is : 7.0.1000.25 (Live)

I should add that i do recieve live updates in the super dom.

Do you receive realtime data if you select the GC 02-15 in the Control Center-->Orders-tab or in a SuperDOM?

If you switch an existing chart that has a different instrument to the GC 02-15, does the issue persist?

Do you receive realtime data in TWS?

Can you please windowlink the SuperDOM to the chart and check if the chart will receive realtime data as well. You can windowlink windows by assigning the same color for the L button in the upper right corner of each window.
