'Insufficient credits....' error message in Chart Trader

Hi,

When trying to place an order in Chart Trader, I get the following error message:

"Insufficient TT credits on your NT account to close open position(s) affected by order......"

I was not trying to use the Static DOM, nor do I intend to. Can't I place trades in Chart Trader without having to buy TT credits?

Thank you for your forum post.


If you have a Static SuperDOM enabled, you are subject to TT Transaction fees if you are not even using a SuperDOM for order entry.


You can send our sales administration team an email and convert your license key for use with a dynamic SuperDOM if you would like.
