Is there a way to copy and paste a chart tool such as a rectangle or text. I'm back testing a continuous chart so I'm using these chart tools non stop.

Yes, it is possible to copy and paste drawing objects, but only within the same chart. To do this, click on the drawing object that you to copy, then right click the same drawing object, and click "Copy." Alternatively, you can click on the object to select it, then press Ctrl+C on your keyboard. You can then use Ctrl+V to paste the object as many times as you would like.
You can also enable the "Stay in Draw Mode" option in the Drawing Tools menu to allow you to manually draw multiple instances of the same drawing object without selecting the same tool from the Drawing Tools menu every time.
