Indicators from higher time periods

Hi what's the process of placing an indicator from a weekly chart on a daily chart? Thanks

Thanks for your post.

The process is to add a second data series to the chart and hide it (by making transparent), then add the indicator needed while changing the indicators' input dataseries to that of the hidden dataseries. To illustrate here is a video (no sound): http://screencast.com/t/XwprCkyrGWi

In the video i added a two EMAs one to the daily data shown and one to the weekly data hidden to show the difference.

I'm trying this on 240 minute w/ weekly chart but it's showing blank areas for the weekends and holidays.

What instrument are you using?

What datafeed are you using?

What session template are you using?

Do you have both dataseries with same number of days to load?

TF 03-15 continuum changed template to instrument settings which helped with eliminating the weekends, but still shows the holidays, using 365 for weekly and 25 days to load for 240 minute

I am unaware of a workaround to not show the holidays with a multi-series chart.
