Reverse Position Button

Example : Symbol NQ futures

I use Chart Trader with (Quantity 1 -Default).
I send initial order ( 1 contract) with Attached Bracket (Target & Stop).

As I am in Live position, I scale in position (scale in to 5 contracts).
Position 5 contracts, Target 5 contracts, & Stop 5 contracts.

Now I Reverse Position, Position is reversed (with brackets).
However Reverse Defaults to 1 contract. (not the 5 contracts I scaled in)

If I put Quantity to 5 from Initial order, then ALL 5 contracts Reverse.
But if I Scale in to position (up to 5 contracts), Reverse defaults to 1.

Is there a way to Reverse position for ALL Scaled in Contracts?

Thank you for your post.

Currently when using the Reverse button there is not an option to reverse the current position size after scaling in however development has assigned this feature request ID #2386 in their tracking system.

Hello santafe,

We have this feature by default in ChartTraderPRO.
You can choose from 3 type of reversing:

1. Just Position
2. with Last Bracket Status (if it possible)
3. with original ATM (from template)

We use the last Qty from closed position.

You can create brackets from chart using dragdrop function, you don't need to create any ATM for that, so after reversing (manually) the position you can drag SL and TP.

You can try this feature without any restriction (only SIM):
