WHICH ICON TO USE ? ... ninjatrader7 or ninjatrader7(64 bit)

ninjatrader7 and ninjatrader7(64 bit) icons are on my desktop.
which one should I use?

Thanks for posting in the forum today.

If you have a 64-bit system, use the NinjaTrader 7 64-bit icon. If you’re running a 32-bit system, only the NinjaTrader 7 icon will be installed and only that one will be available.

If you have a 64-bit system, the only time you would want to use the 32-bit icon is when you are attempting to connect to a data provider that requires it (e.g. Esignal).

Thanks for the reply.

In most versions of windows, you can see this information by clicking the Windows Start button, Right click on Computer or My Computer, look for System Type.

Here it should say whether you are running a 32 or 64 bit system.
