Issue with Missing Tick Data on NT7 w/ Kinetick

My tick data is gapping from 12/10 to 12/22.

Here is a picture of the situation.

I'm using Kinetick data. Any idea how to fix this? I clicked "Reload All Historical Data" a few times and it hasn't changed anything. The contract is up to date -- ES 03-15. Data series is just default for the instrument. Not sure what else to try. The pic linked has the error message visible.

Please try to reload the historical data once more after 4:30pm EST. If the issue persists at that time, please let me know, and I will investigate further.

It's fixed. So I guess Kinetick typically updates its data and any errors on it after 4:30 EST?

Hello,

To reduce strain on the data servers, Kinetic provides a greater amount of historical tick data after 4:30pm than it does during market hours. This is most likely the reason that you were not able to fill that gap until after 4:30pm.
